Auto Signature Banner
Our design team have put a banner together which you and your team can add to your email auto signature. This will highlight the key details of the event as well as your support, this will generate significant external interest. This branding opportunity utilised by all supporters of the event will increase interest in the event to a wide audience.
Personalised Invites / Trade Passes
We have produced a personalised invite for you to forward to relevant contacts both in electronic and hard copy format. These invites will generate both interest from trade visitors and registered delegates, you can forward these directly to your customers and key targets.

FutureGAS Advertisement Tab
We can provide a “See you @ FutureGAS” tab to include on your advertisement’s for Gas Today and other publications. Your designer can add these at your end or our design team can when we receive the file.
Website Banner
Our team have also created a number of website banners which can be used to promote the event both internally on your intranet as well as externally through your company and other websites. We have some standard banners designed but can create banners at different specs where required. These banners can also link back through to a location of your choice or to the registration page of FutureGAS 2012.

Targeted Email Promotion
Highlighting your involvement in the event is crucial to your key targets, we can provide an email highlighting your presence at the event and forward to contacts inviting attendance.
Delegate Generation Offer
Promotion of the event is in full swing, we have been promoting the event heavily through our marketing channels as well as numerous other industry publications, online products and this will increase as the event gets closer. Interest in the event and been strong and we are sure it’s going to be a great event for supporters like yourself.
We want to ensure you get as much out of FutureGAS as possible, in line with this we are keen to target any key groups or individuals you want to see at the event and encourage them to attend. Please feel free to let me know if there are some specific industry groups or organisations you would love to run into this year and we can either personally invite them and make sure they are aware of the event.
We are confident that our delegates will deliver a great result for you, however due to the diversity of our exhibitors and sponsors we want to ensure everyone is happy and well catered for.
I would like to encourage you to generate as many delegates as possible for the event, in order to support this we are offering a supporter generation offer. If you are able to generate five full delegates for the event who mention your company when registering we will offer you an extra free delegate pass. This pass can be utilised by a VIP client you would like to attend or someone internal within your organisation. If you would like us to contact these five delegates directly please let me know.
