The New South Wales State Transit has invited tenders from contractors for the supply of compressed natural gas to the authority’s Kingsgrove, Port Botany, Ryde and Waverley depots.
The Invitation to Tender includes the upgrade and maintenance of State Transit’s gas refuelling stations, required for the supply of gas in accordance with the requirements.
The successful contractor will ensure the equipment and works comply with the relevant Australian standards and that the obligations are met under the Taxation of Alternative Fuels Legislation Amendment Act 2011 for excise duties.
Applications will be accepted until midday on 29 March 2012.
